1. Inquiry and Technical Analysis
At the order intake stage, the required quality standards are evaluated and the appropriate yarn content and processes are determined. The raw material, weight (GSM), knit type (jersey/single jersey, interlock, rib, piqué, two-thread/three-thread fleece, etc.), color, and finishing requirements you submit are reviewed by our expert textile engineers.

2. Sample and Laboratory Approval Process
Before mass production begins, sampling and lab-dip (laboratory dyeing trial) processes are carried out to meet your brand’s quality expectations with zero tolerance for error. The requested color shades are analyzed and matched using spectrophotometric equipment and then submitted for your approval. Once the hand feel, drape, and stretch/recovery values of our products have been verified through physical samples, production planning begins.
3. Quality-Control-Driven Production and Finishing
Once samples are approved, cotton, modal, or viscose yarns are knitted on our modern knitting lines. During the finishing (dye house) stage, the fabrics are given the required functional properties:
- Certified Safety: All of our fabrics are processed using techniques compliant with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements, free of carcinogenic and allergenic substances.
- Dimensional Stability: Width- and length-wise shrinkage resistance and weight (GSM) stability are fixed to the maximum degree through sanforizing and stenter (heat-setting) processes.
- Colorfastness Testing: Batches undergo wash, rub (crocking), perspiration, and light fastness testing to ensure a long service life.
4. Final Inspection, Packaging, and Logistics
Once production is complete, the knitted fabrics are run through fabric inspection machines prior to packaging. Pilling, fabric twist (skew/torque), and surface defects are checked one final time. Your fabrics — labeled roll by roll, with lot and dye-bath information recorded transparently — are protected from external factors during shipment and delivered to your address within the specified lead time.
